A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, immersive experience where you lie down comfortably while soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and gongs wash over you. The frequencies can reduce stress and support deep rest - no effort required.

About the event
Join us for a relaxing sound bath on the last Sunday of the month, January 25th from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm. The sound bath lasts about an hour and afterwards we will sip Desiree's special tea blend and mingle.
